Terraio is the expression of the international grape varieties present at Fattoria Loppiano. The vinification is carried out with a short period of maceration and the aging of 6 months is done in cement vats, which makes the wine elegant and fresh; ready for for the whole meal. Herbaceous notes accompained by currants, blackberries, and hints of green pepper can be perceived by the nose. In the mouth it is full and round with a length that invites drinking. Excellent is the pairing of first courses seasoned with white and red sauces, and second courses with white and red meats.
A lively wine with a bright ruby red colour, the smell goes from vinous to fruity, fragrant, fresh and delicate with a lively and harmonious flavour, accompanied by fresh meat and cheese sauces.
