You can use our PORCINI Mushroom Farrotto either to make a soup, putting all the ingredients in at the beginning and cooking with the lid on, or a dry, creamy dish like a risotto, following the preparation directions. No glutamate, dyes or preservatives. Only selected ingredients.
Ingredients: pearl spelt 93.6 percent, dehydrated porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and its group) 3.4 percent, granulated vegetable broth (salt, potato starch and maltodextrin, yeast extract, vegetable extracts (carrot, onion), sunflower oil, herb extracts), dehydrated parsley, dehydrated garlic.
May contain nuts, celery, soy, and milk derivatives, sulfur dioxide, and peanut.
