A wine of great freshness and easy to drink, it fully expresses the characteristics of the soils of Loppiano, composed of equal parts of sand and clay, with an important deep calcareous marl matrix. Manual grape harvest, light pressing, fermentation and aging in steel tanks. There are notes of white flowers, herbaceous hints, sage, broom and myrtle perceived by the nose.

In the mouth it is marked with acidity and freshness. It is recommended as an aperitif wine, which also does well with the combination with fresh cheeses and first and second courses based on fish.
