From Sangiovese grapes from our vineyards, freshly pressed grapes are left 4 hours with the skins and the flower must is immediately sent to the winery for frothing.

Consumption is perfect both as an aperitif and goes well with summer vegetable crostini, with charcuterie and cheese boards, cold pasta dishes but also at the end of a meal with pastry and ice cream products. It should be enjoyed fresh.
