It is a pearl set in the heart of Tuscany, a local project with a global vision with great added value, where respect and care for human beings and nature is priority over everything else.
The lands it tends and guards belong to the Citadel of Loppiano, an extraordinary mosaic of humanity, and extend over 200 hectares cultivated with vineyards, olive groves and cereals: each product is obtained respecting the ideals of the community and the values of the ethical project of the Economy of Communion, a valid alternative to the traditional economic system that combines the need for efficiency in the market with the effectiveness of a positive impact in the world: in fact, the principles underlying the entire operation value the well-being of people, the possibility of triggering processes of a circular economy and are based on environmental sustainability.
Since its inception, through the Loppiano Prima Cooperative, which was created with a widespread shareholding, the Farm has in fact wanted to bind itself in a double thread with the context that hosts it, applying cultivation techniques in harmony with natural cycles and the surrounding territory. Thanks in part to this production policy, it received organic certification in 2001.
The Estate’s mission is therefore to produce wine and oil, as per millennial Tuscan tradition but with a strong focus on social inclusion and with the intention of maintaining and growing in beauty and biodiversity the ecosystem that surrounds it.
The product portfolio boasts an assortment of red and white, IGT and DOCG, organic and value-for-money WINES, a Vinsanto, a Grappa. From the centuries-old olive trees of different qualities, a precious EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL is also extracted, also organic, distinctly fruity and with balanced acidity.
In the vocation of the Farm, has always included hospitality. The Farm is a special place immersed in the beautiful open countryside where you can enjoy a complete and authentic tourist experience, in contact with a unique cultural context.
APARTMENTS and double or family BEDROOMS are available: both solutions are equipped with every comfort, 2 seasonal outdoor swimming pools, carefully furnished in typical Tuscan style and where you can taste typical local products.
