In this pre-Christmas period we want to undertake with you a path of, let’s call it, metanoia … Metanoia? you may ask yourself… Well, yes! Metanoia means a change of thought, idea, habit … Let’s start our journey towards the essential: in the small and big choices we make every day!
Why choose the essential?
Because we want to welcome in a positive way the invitation to change that the today makes us:

- Safeguard personal serenity

- Living in simple but harmonious environments
- Look to the future with hope: the half of the empty glass is not what is missing, but it is what we can all fill!
How to get started?
Take small steps:
- Remember to turn off the light in spaces where no one stays…
- Lower the temperature in your home and arm yourself with blankets during the long evenings with your favourite book … A multifunctional blanket? Here it is!
- When possible, choose public transport to get to work: less energy is consumed: fuel costs but your peace of mind also costs if you have to spend it to endure traffic to get to or from work …
- Carefully look at the expiry date of the products you have at home: invent a recipe that brings together what is likely to be wasted, invite your friends for a unique dinner. This way you avoid waste and cultivate relationships!
- Share clothes you haven’t used for at least 1 year with people who need them: you probably won’t use them anymore, for them they can be very useful!
- Think of anything you can do in the environment in which you live to take care of the “half empty of the glass”, because the “half full” you have in your hands is no small thing! You can make it bear fruit!

Let’s go beyond the usual contrast between optimism and pessimism that come to mind when you look at this image.
