The School of Civil Economics is a high-level training course which introduces participants to the figure of the entrepreneur and civil manager.
The participants work together to find innovative and ethically valid ways of doing business and during the course a project proposal is developed for the application of the ideas provided by the Civil Economy in their own working context.
From 12 to 14 December 2019 the 3rd module will be held entitled “Organizations as an open system”.
The course offers a broad reflection on the territorial and social context in which the company operates; seen as a habitat that can generate creativity and innovation. “Organizations influence and are influenced by the environment in which they are inserted: a community is able to find intelligent solutions to improve their quality of life if all its inhabitants feel responsible for the development of the territory they belong to and are oriented to building the common good. ”
Speakers include: Sabrina Bonomi, Fiore De Lettera and Elena Granata.
